My name is Anastasia, a certified practitioner of Transpersonal Hypnosis®, energy healing, and the harmonization and purification of living spaces. I also offer guided meditations and share spiritual resources on my YouTube channel, Armoni Energetic, to help you regain balance, confidence, and serenity.

I help people in search of meaning to free themselves from what hinders their development, whether it be emotional blockages, unconscious memories or influences linked to their environment.

My approach is holistic, integrating the physical, mental, spiritual, and energetic dimensions. My goal is to help you regain clarity, alignment, and, above all, inner autonomy.
